• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Howdy all,

Well, I'm still getting paid through April 30th, and then I get my severance. Due to my being a field resource and because I met directly with customers, they don't want me doing any of that any more.... So off I go!

Just got off the phone with Tom(MusicArcade), and I will be leaving Charlotte for Tom's down in Beaufort, SC this Thursday the 25th. Will take the back roads and get in by around 3pm or 4pm, and will plan on leaving Tom's later Friday or first thing Saturday Morning.

Doc, That means I'll be in Jacksonville Saturday or Sunday. Let me know if you are around this weekend, otherwise I can cross back over to JAX later next week and catch you.

From Jacksonville, I'm running down through Daytona on to the Orlando area. That is where I'll spend a few days visiting some co-workers, high school buddies, and Forest.

I'll probably head over to Tampa on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on who I hook up with on Orlando.

From Tampa, I'm heading north up to JAX if I missed Doc, or up to Atlanta for two days or so to see a buddy.

So late next week, I will be leaving atlanta for Deals Gap hitting the Dragon from the south side and running up towards Lamont and YPILOT. Lamont, lunch on me if we are able to meet up anywhere up there.

Wish I had a more solid itinerary, but being laid off and having no calendar is kinda nice. Just plan on taking my time and leaving a day or two margin of error on scheduling. Could take a week to do this run or a week and a 1/2.

That said, I need Cell #'s and addresses from Doc, Lamont, and Spyderwolf. Forest, need your address. Also, if you can recommend cheap lodging nearby or have comfy couches that would be helpful. I'm going to post this in the forum just in case there are any others that want to link up.

Spyder is modded up, fresh oil change and is running great!

Sorry to hear about your lay-off but have a fun trip. Lamonster's cell # is right on the bottom of all his posts, in his sig line.
