• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My simple question is do they make pipes that fit a 2012 Rt spyder that sound like venice and hines pipes.some pipes that kinda make people turn there head.or pipes that we call crackle...so who makes pipes like that.????
Thanks
Chuck

We have the Dual Exhaust pipes from Spyder1Attitude on ours, and they make a fair amount of noise. A good throaty rumble at idle / cruising, but if you crack the throttle open it'll really sing, too. Certainly worth a look, if nothing else.

Let's see..!!

Yoshimura just came out with the 77 which should be nice. I believe it has a removable baffle, worth a listen. We have an RS with a Hindle. Good hunting..!!

i have a yosh on my rts,has a nice grumble to it not overbearing when i first heard this pipe it was on a rs sounded awesome on theres i think all the pipes on rs/gs are louder then on rt's..

I used a Spyder Attitude on my RT for a while and it will definitely turn some heads... including the LEOs. Now I use a Yoshimura R77 which has a nice rumble but not real loud or sharp. There's lots available, It all depends on how loud you want to be....

I'm in the same boat with Jack. Started with a SpyderAttitude pipe, wife thought it was too loud on the road. Switched to the Yoshi R77 and have never looked back. It is a great sounding addition. Not too loud, not too soft, but just right.

Here is a picture of my SpyderAttitude exhaust with the really cool chrome tip.

The exhaust tip sits perfectly under the right bag and looks awesome.

pipes

I installed a cat bypass which sounds pretty nice with stock muffler plus added benefit of less heat buildup

I bought my Spyder 2nd hand. The past owner had a relationship with the owner of Scopion Exhausts in Derby, England, who hand made one for the bike to give it the grunt required, and it sounds great.
Scorpion specialise in performance equipment for the Motorsport trade, and know just what is required, highly recommended.
i would recommend you speak with them, have a replica of my own, and rip it up !!!

sounds great.....

so far I have the only prototype, lucky meeeee !!
