Some paint came off

right fender spot

I noticed a spot where the paint looked missing on the right fender support rib, my dealer looked at it and got a replacement fender to me, said appeared they'd set the fender down or something when painting it. mines same color as yours an orbital blue 2012 RT. only pressure washed it once on the road in Co.

Nothing more to say. I'm not trying to get it fixed, even though I'm still under warranty. For me personally, its just one of those things not worth going after.

I would for sure go after BRP to replace the effected panels. Remember the cost on these painted panels is minimal to a corporation the size of BRP. In the name of good customer relationships they should bite the bullett on it for you. Yes a high pressure power washer can peel paint...............but in my opinion you would have to hold the washer a few inches away from the problem area and even then it should not come off in a chunk that size unless there was an issue with adhesion in the first place?

Be gentle in your approach use the word "disappointed" a lot and act just shattered by this development. Almost like loosing a pet and tell them how this is so "disappointing" to have this occur to your family member. The person you are talkingwith has the ability to say yes or no and if approached correctly may "feel for ya". Get aggresive and tell them this is a bunch of BS and that the thing is a piece of crap and obviously had a defect from the factory and they start to get defensive.
