I also plan on some snorkeling besides using the gopro on the spyder. They have a different plastic lens for under water.

Also, b/c I wasn't able to get the gopro/RAM mount that I mentioned previously, I ordered the tripod one on the above site and will use with a RAM ball with 1/4-20 threads.

My husband bought me a gopro for my birthday he thought I wanted one. I still haven't been able to open the plastic box it came in. It requires a sharp knife and I can be dangerous with one of those. :gaah:

OMG! Have you opened it yet? I didn't have trouble with the tape around the plastic box but getting the camera off of the base. I finally figured it out.
