• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Matt, upon further study of the pics you provided, I believe the webs, as you have placed them in the RT openings, are upside-down. Look at the direction of the droop of the web & you'll see my point. When I purchased one of the originals for my wife's '08, the droop was one of the things I noticed & was impressed that the designer had included that level of detail. This new one has that same feature, but the application is wrong.

Hope it's not too late to correct...

LOL !!! Yup, you are correct. I probably installed them backwards!! That's why there is a sign up at the entrance to the shop that says no engineers beyond this point!! My Industrial designer does the detail design on these and he is probably just shaking his head right about now!!!

I am not crazy about the way these attach, but maybe if I put them in the way my designer intended, that would help!!

How much do these cost ? Are they available in black ? How does this match the existing left side ?

I have to admit, I took the body work apart this last weekend to install the intercom system. When I put everything together, I noticed the hole on the right side. My first thought was that I lost the web work somehow.

RT Bling - Another idea

As summer creeps the temperature rises particularly for those in the south and our friends in the north begin to thaw we will all start to enjoy a lot more riding.

As the temps approach the high 90s+ one idea would be to make an accessory modification that replaces the current wind wings under the mirrors and those by the windshield and make them into movable ones so that the driver could direct more or less air on themselves and their passenger.

Something that would fit into the Spyder RT design and not the standard bolt ons that can be purchased from other suppliers.
