This thread is now working as it should for me.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
SOLVED - Show First Unread Post search going to First Post in thread instead?

Thanks Ed, I replied in the other thread, but please check out what happens after this post & check in to see if anything has changed if you post it up in the other thread - the one in Forum Support.
Sorry about all this PJ - as soon as I get a response from Ed in the other thread telling me what happened when he tried to read this post in this thread, I'll get these couple out of here & hopefully your thread can go back to discussing automated mailed tickets that are for places when you weren't there! :dontknow:

All the posts about this are in here now (I think? 
) and I finally worked out the cause - that little emoji PJ had IN the text of the title!! It had a few command delimiters ( [ - ] ) in it & an 'un-documented' command that screwed it up!
Message to PJ about putting the emoji's in the space reserved for them BEFORE the Title, and NOT actually IN the Title's text! You learn something new every day, dontcha!! :gaah:
