Sold the Two Wheeler

I finally did the leap and sold my 2002 Suzuki Volusia motocycle.
I detailed her and when I saw how great it looked I wondered if I was making the right decision.:lecturef_smilie: At the end of the cleaning I threw my leg over to start her up and put her in the shed when I had to back it up. That's the moment I knew why I had to sell the bike.:2thumbs: My sore shoulders and painful arthritus in the feet told me the decision was right. The new owner is delighted with my tricked out baby and I am as happy as can be with the 2010 RT SE5. :bowdown: I love reverse, I love never needing to put my foot down to keep a bike up and most of all the fun is back in ryding.hyea:

Vaughn and I can certainly relate to your experience.
He'd put on more than 70,000 miles on the 1500 Suzi.
At first, we were gonna keep her, cos she was such a great bike, but
she looked so sad just sitting there in the garage, and
slowly but surely it became so clear that she needed a new home.
So, within just a couple months after bringing home the RT then the RS,
both the 750 Honda w/Bingham sidecar and the Suzi found new homes.
And there's been no looking back! :thumbup:

So, we still take a deep breath when we come across a pic of ol Suzi . . . .
and then a great big grin spreads across our faces as we power up the Spyders,
put'em in reverse and head off for another great ryde! :2thumbs:
