Soft side luggage

I just received my bags today and was very disappointed in them. Their depth is soo shallow that I could stuff 2 of them on each side to use up all the space. Does anyone else have short ones like mine:dontknow:

no problems with the ones we received. you did get the CAN AM branded ones correct?

and filled them full? there is on the non battery side some extra space to fit a netbook or small laptop but other then that they fit flush when full.

Yes, they have the:f_spider: logo. I have a lot of room after filling the bag. I'm going to get rid of them and buy an aftermarket bag to fit all of the space. BRP comes up with good ideas but don't follow thru too well.

When we got ours I thought the same thing, but after actually using them I was amazed at what I could actually get into them. We can pack a bag apiece for a 2 day trip with no problem. I like them so well that I now have the front and rear bag to go with the side bags. Pack them and try them I think you will change your mind on their usefulness.

are they the soft side bags or the semi rigid side bags (the more expensive option)?

the soft sides are not listed on the canam website.

I'm speaking of the soft luggage, not the semi-rigid.

They are the soft ones. Your dealer can now order them as they are a new dealer item. I stuffed one and sat it on the table next to my HJC ZymaxII. There still is a noticable height difference. My HJC fits on the right side well. Don't get me wrong, they will work but they should fill out the entire space not some of it, otherwise they are a waste of money.
