• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Went out yesterday, and took this, its on an S3 on my bar, yea, I am getting a GoPro, but I decided that as long as I am isolated, and I can ride, I will keep videos coming in of my local loops and canyons, give people something to watch besides Virus stuff.

This is from my home to a local road cut off that allows residents of Nucla Colorado to drop on to our big Hwy 141 without having to deal with ALL THAT GOD DAMNED NATURITA TRAFFIC. Its Horrible!!!!!!! LOL

I start at home, go out on the 141, and then I take the CC Road (Calamity Canyon Road) up through the canyon to its exit.

7 minutes of distraction, hope you enjoy.

Later in the week, I will head out to Disappointment Valley, its a pretty piece of desert out on the way to a place called Slick Rock. And Google Tagabauche/Unaweep Bi-Way, its the best kept secret in Colorado, I knew when I visited, this is where I had to live. This weekend, I will take us up and down Norwood Hill....more on that fatal climb later....

I will be getting an improved camera, the Eagle has to **** first.....

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

I went by your house 2 1/2 years ago. We rode from Durango to Ridgway (MDH). Then 145 to 141. I think 141 could be classified as one of the loneliest highways. I think it was about 60 miles to 491 and we only saw 4 or 5 vehicles going the other way. Then we took 184 back to Durango. Nice days ride. Very beautiful country. I enjoyed riding along with you today..... Jim

Thank you for sharing that beautiful ride with us. I am thankful for the sparsely populated area we also live in. We got spoiled when we did our 20 year stint in Alaska.

@ GOZFST - The speedometer was in Kilos, thats my story and I am sticking to it.....lol

I grew up in Haines Alaska, I miss it too.

I have another video loading up tonight. I dont want to make my son cry as our cruddy legacy ADSL internet is SLOW. SO I will load it after he is done killing aliens and such.

Thanks everyone.

In fact I had to switch it back from Kilos to MPH. My mileage was TERRIBLE this tank with it in Kilos...Whoda thunk? ;)

Love the RSS. When I was in California running through Trabuco Canyon to Cook's Corner, it was the only other Spyders I would see.

I posted another one today......and my speedo is flawed, when you switch to kilos the "miles" stays lit up, terrible, I need to get that looked at.....

Safety first.....or

If you are first, you are safe......its one of the two.....

If you ain't first, you're last "Ricky Bobby"
