• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

so you think you have chopping skills

Good skills. :yes::yes::yes:

But--now I have two things that creep me out when I see them happening.

:ani29:: Anyone using a mandolin for slicing.

:ani29:: This guy cutting with a sharp knife with his hand directly beneath.

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Yikes...!!

It's a wonder he has a hand there at all..cause you have to learn somehow with practice and he must have issued a time or three...:roflblack:

Didn'tcha notice he has already lost 2 fingers??? And the bloke behind him on the grill didn't have any fingers left on one of his hands!!! :yikes: :joke:

But seriously, there's a reason people don't do that sort of thing all the time!! Have a look around places/countries where they do that sort of stuff all the time & you'll see more injured & maimed people than you would believe possible!! :shocked: And not all of their beggars were born that way or maimed on purpose, lots of them are the results of 'workplace accidents' - altho we'd generally think there was no 'accident' involved, cutting stuff with absolute disregard for using 'safe work techniques' is bound to end up with (horrific) injuries eventually..... it's just a matter of 'when', not 'if'! :sour:
