So who is in line for a 2014 RT

Sticking with my 2012 RT. What's up with the lack of colors for the 2014's? I heard there was only black, white, cognac and yellow for the new RT's. Can't handle it with no bright ​RED

Thats the same reason I went with the base RT as well Joe. I know I am going to have to move the GPS from the 12 to the 14 before I leave Pit Bull. So day 1 the panels are coming off.

I have had the "conversation" with my dealer also. I know about trade in value (ballpark). It will be a farewell to my faithful "Black Widow". 2010 RTS

The dealer wont have his shipment of new :spyder2:'s until March or so. That's the way it is here because of the long winters. I am leaning towards the Silver/w Burgandy seat LTD with all the chrome. No reason to sign off now because I would not even have it in my garage to polish and drool on. Based on my relationship with the dealer, I know he will treat me right when it comes time.

This will be a hard thing for me, as I am looking at this as my fifth and "final" :spyder2:. I am getting up in years, mostly retired except for a couple accounting classes each semester and having to be careful about "big ticket" purchases now.

I am hoping this will be the "best" of the bunch. It does sound like it has the potential to be just that.

I got a RED Pickup and a Viper Red Spyder 2012---- why did they not toss in a VIPER RED 2014 is beyond me, surely they can tell how popular RED is and visible too!

I hope they change their minds and soon--I want a 2014!!!!!!!!

Joe make sure you have enough money left for that laser alignment that will be coming to Arkansas SOON, we had a major BRP rep here on Sunday to watch the ROLO guys set up a brand new 2013 and he mentioned to me that the 2014's are on the same chassis as the 2013 ...SO the geometry could be... well honestly " will be " goofed up...just my opinion

I read somewhere that the silver will be a flat finish and not shiny - if that matters to you.

I did know about the "flat" finish, but I thank you for mentioning it. The Burgandy seat, and all that chrome make it a two out of three decision for me this go around. I know I am going to also add the optional back rest for the driver. I have not yet seen any :spyder2: that I have purchased ahead of time--so I get to go through the anticipation routine. :roflblack::roflblack:
