I'll be taking one or two day trips there.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
SO WHAT'S NEXT?? BIKETOBERFEST IN DAYTONA??

It's been my experience that they only do that for "Bike Week" and not Biketoberfest.

I'm workin on getting a ride for Friday and Saturday. There was some discussion about meeting at Crabby Joe's, a restaurant in South Daytona (beach side) on Friday at 9:00 for breakfast and then maybe taking a ride. However, some could not make it for that day and Saturday was mentioned again for Crabby Joes at 9:00.
Then there was some discussion about meeting at the speedway. I think the tunnel around 9:00ish. I don't think there was any finality to any of the above.
I know that several are going over to Daytona on both days. I guess it's just a matter of getting everyone in "sinc". As we get closer to the day, I'll know whether I'm gonna be able to get there or not and will post in this thread as well as the Florida thread.

Reggystan posted this a bunch of us staying at the Suburban Suites plus others are meeting at the front entrance to the racetrack Bill France Blvd traffic light 9am Fri then heading from there to Crabby Joes for breakfast then going for a ryde.The more the merrier.Everyones welcome.it is on the Florida thread.
I think others are trying for a get together Saturday as well.
