I actually bought my Spyder from the nearest dealer, over the phone.
Had the sales lady email me pics of the bike from her cell phone, and it was said and done.
Hey! Like they are 30 blocks from my home... ;-) so she kindly faxed my bill of sale to both offices.
Picked up my insurance and registration/plate, then went and saw the bike for the very first time in person, and I oohed her.
When I arrived to Ryde it home, there a "Sold - Please Stay Off" sign taped to the wind screen.
Test ridden already, it only had twenty kilometers on it's guage.
It was everything I desired in a new ryde, (Green~SE5) Love!

At least you people got to do a road test!:dontknow: When the hubby (Tobor 9) and I went to the dealer back in March of 2011 I got to sit on an Orbital Blue RT that had already been sold just to see if I liked it. They said they had a Pure Magnesium Metallic that had just been delivered from Georgia. It was still on the truck and we bought it. The first time I got to sit on it was when they delivered it to the house! Learned to ride it around the block (never ridden on a bike before, 2 or 3 wheels!:yikes.

What my 2013 STS is worth if I wanted to sell it privately and what a dealer will offer to give me if I buy a F3 ?
its yellow,has 1000 miles,fox shocks,sway bar,tailgunner exhaust,kury hand grips and the new panels.
anyone have any idea?

Got bit hard in Oregon in August, put down the deposit on Friday and will wire the rest tomorrow. She'll stay in the crate until spring when the Mrs. and I fly out to Texas to pick her up, maybe go to Spyderfest 2015 and then tour the country before shipping her back here to Kauai. Went for broke and purchased a 2014 RT Limited in Black Currant.

The dealer will be installing the Tri Axis adjustable handle bars, 25" vented windshield (I'm 6'4") and drivers back rest before we head out. I really like the new Red paint for 2015 but I saved a bunch of cash on the deal so I couldn't pass it up.

I hope to document the uncrate and assembly with video and photos, if the dealer will let me watch.
