• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So this is what I saw when I got off the plane...

Saw over on Trike Talk where a guy was building on like that out of an old Goldwing. Looks like a VW front end which sounds like a good idea.

It would probably look better, if he would of left the nose piece off. Did you leave your ph #, so you could meet up and compare notes ???

Old Wing

Thats a 80's wing 1000/1100 cc goldwing frame and rear section the rest came from any/everywhere. Agree that the front end ruined the project, but unless they moved the radiator they will need airflow right up the middle...all in all good work..

GoldWing UGLY Trike

That looks to me to be about the ugliest 1976-77-78 Honda GoldWing
I have ever seen... I have had 5 of them If you look close it is all GoldWing
from the tripple tree back.
Lots of work but maybe with different body work it would look better

The guy certainly had the right idea; it's just that his plan got cobbled -up by how he did it...
I've got to take a closer look at those valve covers; if they're scalloped in at the center it'd be an 1100. If it's pretty much straight across from front to rear; it's a Liter-'Wing.
We may not think it's pretty, but I'll bet that he loves riding it! :2thumbs:
