I posted last week about finding a upper ball joint with a little slack. Called them today to get a up-date. Their relpy was found a little slack, but not enough to worry about:yikes:. Told the service man, that's alright I order the part and change it myself. Of course the bike is still under warranty. They will not get my business if I can help it. Figured no use in argue with them being I'm out in the GOM on a drill ship at present. Told wife to go pick it up.

There has been a lot of displeasure with their service dept over the years. I've had a run in or two myself. I refused to buy from them. I drove a longer distance to Baton Rouge just to not have to buy from them.
