• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Time to apply the tire chains? Hahaha

You know, full well that we often have snow here before Halloween.
Well, at least, It's Not Collecting, just melting as it lands. But look at it come down. Surprise.

I think I need to go for a ride in it. Start to acclimatize us both for the inevitable.

It's surprising, how much cooler these Spyder motors run, when the temperature dips down...
I don't wonder when our ryding season will actually end up here in hinterland, as I'm not looking forward to that sad time. Put those thoughts out of your mind..

Looks like it will be a better bet, a nicer day here tomorrow.
But the cold wet road is still calling... ;-)

Correction, more rain and wet snow predicted for tomorrow as well. So might as well get used to it, Dress for the worst.

It is interesting to see these first snow reports coming from much further South than my location. You would think that I would have the edge on most of you. It has snowed so far North of Fairbanks, Atigan Pass, and Barrow. Most of these locations above or near the Arctic Circle.

Enjoy, I am hoping ours will hold off to the usual time (mid-October).

I also hope this is not another hint of a record winter for the lower 48. :bbq:

Leaves are starting to change here in Northern NE. They're just barely started, but they are still about two - three weeks early.. It's supposed to start down into the 60's next week. Right now still holding in the mid-70's
