Smokey Mountain Ride

Got back last evening to Cypress, Texas from a 3,750 mile ride to the Smokey Mountains. Spyder RT-S never missed a beat, worked like a charm. Only Spyder in a group of Harley's, Honda's, and Yamaha's. Only saw 3 Spyders on the trip--2 RS's and 1 RT, all headed in the opposite direction. Didn't get a chance to see Lamont, but did briefly talk to him by phone. As usual, every gas/motel stop involved questions/comments about the Spyder.

A little over 7,500 miles on the Spyder now so next week will have to take it in for the 6,000 mile check.....ugh...will try and hold on to my wallet!

I rode 1.010 miles from Missouri to Pa on Friday and Saturday and saw all kinds of bikes, trikes, but NO Spyders except mine.

Before you come up with some lame excuse-----remember you rode 1010 in twenty four hours. You can do this.
