• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SLINGSHOT IS GONNA BE LEGAL IN CONNECTICUT

 We knew that they'd sort all of this out eventually! :2thumbs:
Somebody should tell Randy. He may want to tour the State; just to drive home the point! :D

I hate to say this but considering when they were released I have seen more of them around then when they first released the Spyder.

It's actually not surprising... :D
Since they are FAR more car than they are motorcycle; folks are much less intimidated by the thought of operating them...
And they are also VERY nicely priced!

I was at a dealer recently and was saying that it sat a little to low for my tastes and they said its funny you say that, we have one in the shop because it was backed over by a truck.

Way to go CT...

This should be the way all states should deal with these types. I know Louisiana was working on this same path as well (cause of the Elio). So now lets see how Texas deals with it. So if not registerable in TX can you cross the state in one from outta state..?? :dontknow:

NICELY PRICELY !!!!

:agree:.....And this is probably the main reason.....The engine and main transmission is GM.....and they make 100,000 + per year, so the price Polaris pays for this item alone enables the cost to come way down.......JMHO.......Mike

I am thinking it's just a matter of time for the SS to be street legal in all states. Some state legislative people just wrap their heads around problems differently.

The lobbyists will eventually get it "fixed." :roflblack::roflblack:
