Fell asleep on my old 1947 HD, woke up as I was going into the ditch on a 4 lane hwy. Stayed awake the rest of the trip.

i once fell asleep driving down to florida in my 79 chevy short bed 4x4 pickup. i ended up on the center island. wow talk about being in shock.

Back in the last century, while parked on the center stand, I could take a cat nap on my Yamaha 650 if my knees were touching the mirrors while laying back on the seat, motor off.

Went to India in 2014. Saw a guy, sitting side saddle with his legs crossed (left ankle on the right knee), reading a book while riding (operating) the bike. He used a throttle lock to maintain speed. Then, again, it was a Honda Hero 125cc so his top speed was 35mph-ish...
