The old saw :"Its hard to get good help." is very true, today . . . there are a lot of folks who expect the world for no investment on their part. They get a job and then do the bare minimum to keep from getting fired . . . someone with a decent work ethic, today, will go far because there isn't much competition!

Today it does not matter small or large business. It seems that for every ten employees you may get one or two that are hard working and care that the job they do matters. After being in business almost thirty years, and seeing the issue first hand it never surprises me that people care so little about doing a good job. Glad you found the one that will take care of the problem. :banghead:
