• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SITA

Just finished loading, planning board meeting took forever and we were last on the agenda. Now I know why we need the second amendment, even at the local level the government does not work. Anyway going to try and get out at 5:30 AM to beat the Albany commute. Should be pulling in the park at 10, but I may have to wait to get my site. Randy, please speed them along.

I'm all packed and ready to go. I will be heading out in the morning. I will be taking the Grand Isle ferry to Plattsburgh and then I-87 south to the Jay exit and take the route to Lake Placid. I'll see everyone when I get there!

Another great day on the Spyder !!!! We have done the 3 Ferries that run from New York to Vermont and that has made for some great riding in the 3 days we have been here . Again we dodged the rain until about 2PM when we pulled into The Tail-O-Pup and was checking out the BRP trailer from Roberts Sports and then you wouldn't believe the rain. We where trapped in the trailer for about 20 minutes, it rained so hard you could hardly see across the street .There where two Spyders parked outside the trailer and when the rain had stopped the rain was over the bottom of the rim ( about 5 inches ) Calling for rain tomorrow but it won't stop us from hitting all the stops on the poker run.

Drive safe all and hope to meet-up with you all on the poker run.

We didn't manage to dodge the rain around 2 pm near lake placid... In a matter of minutes were we soaked and driving conditions were undrivable. Thunder, lightening, and driving rain finally forced us to finding a hiding spot in a local cafe for about 1/2 hour then decided to just go ahead to check in at tail o the pup and put some dry clothes on. Glad we had brought a few things in the trunk and that spyder talk gave us tshirts in our welcome packets. Said hello to a few people then did the beautiful ride back to Jay to get warmed up, get off our wet shoes, etc...

Making dinner on the grill and starting a fire on the deck :)

Can't wait to see some more Spyders :)

We all just got reprimanded for the 2nd day in a row for being too loud

Rain held off for most the day, 7 of us are now huddled under Randy's tent BS'n and the camp cops just stopped by to say we were too loud again last night :lecturef_smilie: I blamed it on Teddy. Mike is now the Swamp Thing and ask him about oven cleaner:roflblack::roflblack: Here comes the rain :banghead: guess we better just settle down &:cheers::rolleyes: move the party to Adrians tonight so he can take the blame ;):roflblack:
