• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Agree, Dave is a great guy! He's helped me out with a few projects now and both times have been fantastic! Thanks Dave.

I don't have bluetooth yet

but I've talked to Dave a couple of times on the phone about what I think I want for wireless communications. He understands questions and is familiar with Sena issues. There's no doubt that when I make my purchase it will be from Dave. BajaRon is another excellent vendor who will take the time to talk to you and answer questions. Both of these guys know their business and are willing to take the time to pass their knowledge on to anyone who needs it.

Going on a ride to tunnel of trees this SATURDAY and I decided to add a portable CB to my ride .
Called them and they had ever thing I needed at a great price . Placed order yesterday and received and installed today. Great company to deal with.

I would be interested to see what CB you used and how you mounted it all?

I've got to admit; I haven't bought anything from him yet. :opps:
But it is great, when we hear good news about great vendors!
Hmmm... perhaps I need some "bun warmers mounted in the seat... :D

:agree: with Bob.

Well, maybe not about the "bun warmers", but Dave did take a lot of his time talking with me on the phone earlier this week about how to install his ConforMax GEL-foam pad kit inside my seat and also offered some additional advice on how to alter my seat to fit me better. I'm looking forward to installing one of these over this winter.

This is how I mounted it temporary. Used ram mounts I had. I have a holder due on delivery Tuesday, will see how it will change how I do it.
This is with the battery pack , when I use the 12 volt hook up I mount the sr10 to the ram mount directly behind CB.

Thanks Larry!

I am trying to find a location that is not on the handle bars so that optionally someone can run a coax to a antenna on the back where the BRP CB antenna would be.

Motorcycle Dave

This site has many very good vendors. I don't know if 'Motorcycle Dave' is one of them though, but if not, he should be. I have recently had a transaction with Dave and I found he is just about the best vendor I have ever dealt with. I would recommend giving him a look see for your Spyder needs, and Christmas list. His service has a definite personal touch that I think you would enjoy. Thanks Dave!!!!
