I just had a Power Commander V installed, but it turned out to be bad. The dealership contracted Dynojet and tested it online, and sure enough, the module was bad causing the Spyder to stall after putting it in reverse??? No one that was involved had ever heard of this one before. Anyway, the dealer had a new module sent to them and it was installed, mapped and test ridden. The dealer had originally quoted me a fixed price for the install. Well needless to say, they spent quite a few hours of extra time with troubleshooting, phone calls and removal of the bad unit and installation of the new one. The dealer didn't charge me one red cent more...they didn't even bring it up. I did take care of the tech though. So, if your are ever in Texas in the Houston area and need some service on your Spyder as well as a Honda, Kaw, or Victory, give them a call. Wild West Honda -Katy, Tx. Dan is the service mgr.
They have definitely earned my business and it's worth the 64 miles each way.
