I recently ordered the "2020 and up RT MIRROR STAY ON TURN SIGNALS PLUG/PLAY" from SpyderPops for my wife's 2021 Sea to Sky. Apparently I wasn't quite careful enough when following the installation instructions regarding the LED strips and when done the right side turn signal portion flashed but the running light didn't function. On the left side the running light worked but the turn signal flasher did not.
I called SpyderPops and explained my situation and received another pair of LED strips almost instantaneously. I removed and replaced both LED strips, following the supplemental instructions VERY carefully and, lo and behold, all is well and the additional lighting is excellent. This is a lengthy thank you to SpyderPops for their enviable customer care. Thank you for the excellent service and standing behind your products. Well done!
