• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shop Manual

Does anyone know where I can get a shop manual (hard copy) for a 2009 SE5?
Call me old fashion, but I don't like working off a computer screen! :spyder:

Contact Berts; one of the sites sponsors. Find Berts on the home page, if you don't want to go through your dealer.

:agree: either Bert's or you could send a PM to Pitbull Buggy, as he is with Cow Town Motorsports and I am sure he would be happy to get a manual for you.

I think they run around $100 or so.

That's definately worth persuing, thanks. I still would want a hard copy as well--hard to get the coputer into the barn. :read:

If you have a Kindle or IPad you can also throw it on there and take it with you. IPad won't like your greasy fingers though :)

:chat: Took Lizzard's advice and went to www.midwestmanuals.com worked out great, now I just need to figure out how to print out only the pages I need each time.
Thanks to all for your help and suggestions.
When you go to the print menu of a PDF file it gives you three choices...all pages, the current page, or a page range. Choose page range and type them in, and you have what you need. Please note that the page number shown on the page is not always the page number of the file. If it it different, make the appropriate adjustment in your selection to show the pages as numbered in the file. Sounds complicated but it is easy and intuitive.

I just purchased a copy from minwestmanuals and was wondering how to print a page on its own. Thanks Scotty, you always seem to have the right answers at the right time. This is the best forum.:2thumbs:

Do a print preview before going to paper to make sure you have the right pages so that you won't waste trees.

:chat: Thanks for explaining that--I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only out here who's a bit computer challenged. :helpsmilie:

As for the page numbers, the ones in the actual document will not match what you want to print. If you look near the top of the Adobe Reader screen at the toolbar section, you will see a box with the page number of the page you are currently on and then how many pages are in the document. You want to print based on those page numbers.

Thanks again, I guess that I should do a test run soon so that I know what I'm doing before I need it for real. :trike:
