• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shocks or air ?

I have a 2011RT and on the front I have Bajarons Swaybar and elka shocks . Now I feel the rear end tends to feel like it slides on turns??? or is that the front is way more stable, but maybe there is something wrong on the rear suspension?? I do not know I do not feel I have lost control at anytime, just that it appears to handle so much better, in the front that maybe I should check the rear parts, or have a dealer look. So I have the Best warranty does these changes void warranties? :hun::(. How would you know if the rear shock is bad if the air is working fine.

Question:
Base RT, RT A&C, RTS, or RTS Limited?
If you've got the base or A&C models; you'll need to pump some air into the rear suspension...
RTS or Limited; put it in gear and hit the button!
(Back to base and A&C...)
After you pump it up, take a pressure reading with the air gauge that is in your toolkit. (Dig that out before you start this exercise! ;))
Give it a couple of hours (preferably not in the summer heat!), then check it again.
If you've got a leak... you'll know for sure! :yikes:
RTS and Limited models adjust and base everything off of ride-height...
If you have to continually keep adding air in order to keep the rear of the bike from dropping down... see your dealer!

This might just be a simple case of the fact that the front is so good now; that the rear might need some attention to keep up!

:agree: with Bob. I would also suggest checking the rear tire air pressure. If the pressure drops much below 28 psi you can feel the tire side wall flex when turning.
