• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shocks adjustable?

Are the 2014 RT front shocks adjustable? I didn't ride it today, so I can't go out and check. Tied to my desk at work (boo).

Bummer..!!

They are not adjustable. Really don't know why the adjustable ones do help and people still come in different sizes and weights...:dontknow:

When BRP came out with this new suspension (last year); it was thought that they took away the preload adjustment, due to the new setup's sensitivity to ride height...
It was thought; that ride height changes, would affect toe-in/toe-out, too much.

Just a thought in my part

but maybe rather than "thinking", they should have engineered this part. I need to tighten mine, but cannot.

Wonder if you removed the spring if you could add the preload adjustment collar.

Likely the pin or stop that's welded on the shock is missing??

Like Drew said the adjustment "stop" is not welded to the shock body so adding the adjustment collar is not an option for the factory shocks.
