• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

shock relocator

Yeah..!!

I always recommend doing these changes one at a time so you can see the difference. The swaybars and hiem joints first..amazing difference. Then the shock relocators with stock shocks..again amazing difference. Now If you go with the RT shocks on the RS it will be even better but siffer. What I can't tell you is how it compares to having those expensive Race Tech or Elkas shocks. But what I did with the swaybar and locators has made a world of difference. Don't need anymore for my ryding style...hope it helps....:ohyea:

THANK YOU

I failed to mention I have a 2012 RS.. the sway bar was first on my agenda, but figured if I had to take the front off.. I might as well do this in one swoop..

Been there done that and have tried multiple different setups.
IMHO the best setup for the RS is Ron's swaybar and a set of 11'-12' RT stock shocks.

Ride it a bit stock first. Play with the different preload settings on the stock shocks and get a feel for how it responds to the changes. You might like it the way it is.
I have a real good friend, older guy, who has spent a lot of time on the track. He said he is faster with the stock components.....where some of us like the bigger bars and/or stiffer shocks.

No single setup is going to be perfect for everyone.

who's using them and did you notice any difference?

Thanks

I'm with Chupaca - first the anti-sway bar, then the relocator; however, my 2,500 mile trip last week caused me to consider the Elkas. I'm on a 2012 RT-S and the front end bounced around quite a bit over rough roads. I want to get that under control and I believe the Elkas are the answer.

As for the relocators, while the sway bar was the biggest bang for the buck, the relocators raised up the front end providing me better ground clearance and had no negative impact. ...Don
