• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I read earlier posts about the new shock relocating mounts, but have seen nothing lately. What is the status of these now? Also if anyone has them on, how do they perform? Do they make for a smoother ride or what?

watch choo mean mike

They allow you to lighten up on the pre-load, but still give excellent handling characteristics.....at least mine do .....Mike :2excited:
did you make some? are you holding out on us? what's the story?:roflblack:

what do they cost?

I think Len posted awhile back that they would cost $179.00. Also understand Pit Bull Powersports will be doing "free" parking lot installs of the "Len Bracket" during Spyderfest. If interested in taking advantage of the install special, suggest calling them so they can add you to he list.

I wonder if, as part of the installation; they'll also back off on the preload a bit for us? :dontknow:

I'd be wiling to bet that Len, or Jimmy, or Eric would set your preload wherever you want it without hesitation...pretty simple to do especially going softer.

Thanks! I always like the simplicity of the 5 notched setings; I've been nervous about being able to get both sides the same with the Elkas...
