• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If you are going to install these yourself you will need a set of spring compressors. Universal sets are pretty readily available and can sometimes be rented/borrowed from your local auto parts store. However, they can be too large for the smaller springs on the Spyder. Motorcycle versions are usually too weak to do a good job.

I have custom Spring Compressors available. These will be offered on a deposit basis. If you need the spring compressors there will be an additional $25.00 deposit above the cost of the Adjuster Kit. This deposit will be fully refundable upon return of the compressors in serviceable condition. Or, you can keep them if you like.

Though it makes the install easier if you pull Tupperware. These Adjusters can be installed without pulling anything off other than the shocks.

As always, you can email me at [email protected] or PM me here at Spyderlovers.com

Great!

Looking Good Ron! Just in time for summer! It's been a pleasure working with you on this as a "test Pilot" for the adjusters. I have put the prototype's through quite a few miles and different settings. These adjusters are what the stock shocks need.

Congratulations..!!

look great. Quality work and all you need included. :2thumbs: great job as always...

Great to see the announcement, Ron. I've followed the positive reports from your testers and am looking forward to enjoying the benefit of using these.

Which Spyders are these intended to be used on?

I honestly have not had time to run down every possible application. There may be other models which do not come with Pre-Load adjusters that can use these. But for right now I am sure they will work on the 2013 and 2014 RT models.

Ron, are you going to have them at Spyderfest?

I never go to an event as a vendor. It's the only time I am able to get away from the business and have some fun!

But there will be vendors there that will have these and be installing them. I beleive SpyderPops will have them and others may as well.

I hope to get these installed at Spyderfest. Save time for me whomever. Tom :spyder:

Ron....can you post the install instructions so we can see how difficult the job may be for diy.

Thanks

Kevin

I second that comment.:2thumbs: I ordered these and the sway bar and found instructions for the sway bar but not the shock adjusters. I love to DIY and like to know in advance how to install a product before it arrives.

Purpose

What exactly do these do to make the Spyder better. I'm not much of a mechanic so I just don't know the purpose. Does it make any difference if you ride one or two up as to how they perform.
