• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Shes home, shes home, shes home, shes home, shes, home, shes home, shes home

A little fuzzy

I was a little fuzzy on the title of your post. When did you say you expected to get her?:clap::clap:

You buy a machine that loves to run, and you trailer it home. That's not the way to show you love her.:lecturef_smilie:

It was the dealer delivering the F3 to Darren.... more than 100 miles. It was not riding weather, high winds and heavy rain.

Darren is a new rider having only driven cars before and I advised him against making that his first ride! The A1 road is always extremely busy and
it's no place for a novice rider.

UK traffic conditions are not the same as in the 'States where you have an abundance of what we would consider "empty" roads!

As a newbie myself it really is important for me to take good advice from experienced riders and spyder owners upon board. Geoff (OJ UK) I believe as over 50 years of riding experience and believe me he his advice sinks in my brain. I have to thank Geoff, because if he didn't care about me as a newbie to riding, I don't think he would go out his way to give me good advice. Of course Geoff has been a motorcycle riding instructor with his knowledge, skills and experience I would be a fool not to take his advice upon board.

My pleasure, Darren. I'll post the invoice for my services in the morning! :joke:

Congratulations, Darren - but don't you think it's a tiny bit weird calling your Spyder Sandra?!

Now Suzie maybe, or Samantha .........!

Have you joined UKSPYDERWEB yet on Facebook? You'll find some of us on there. Enjoy!

Hi Big Mac,

Joined UKSPYDERWEB forums around the same time as SL back in May this year. I will now check out their Facebook page.
Now that I know you are in the UK, would be great to meet you at one of the UKSPYDERWEB organised meets.:chat:

Peter,
I will get some video footage at some point from my Sena 10c of me and Sandra out and about in Leeds and post on here, surely that's got to better than pics. :doorag:

Not that I'll object to a short vid or 2, but Pics are still good!! ;)

Sometimes you just don't have the time, or for whatever reason it's hard to watch a vid right now, & then it's worth remembering that there are quite a few people out there who (for a variety of reasons) just won't run a vid anyway, so please, put some pics up too! If you can't do it any other way, you should be able to grab a 'still' frame from one of the vids.
