Service Opinions

Hi to all...thanks to everyone for the great information you place in these threads. I am on the verge of purchasing a Sypder RT and wanted to know if anyone out there has had any experience (service) with the local dealers in VA and MD (Woodbridge, VA, Falls Church, VA, or Baltimore, MD). I want to ensure when I do purchase my Spyder....there is competent technical and customer service. Again...thanks for all the great information you put out there.:bowdown:

I been tacking my Spyder to Coleman's as you might already know not have mcuh choice there but i heard very good things about guys in fredrick va next time i need anything done i'm going to them as far services i do it all my own i don;t trust any dealer. good luck i'm here in springfield red Spyder RS let me know if you need any help.

Bought mine from Coleman, Haven't been back since. They won't schedule an appointment gotta leave there for them to get around to it. Now that's great customer service. I am going to try the shop in Fredrick this week to mount some tires. I do my own routine mantainence and haven't needed any "Dealer service yet"

If you are able to secure any recommendations for dealers with great service, I think it behooves you to make your purchase there.

Small variances in purchase price should not take precedence over purchasing at a quality dealership. You need to support such dealers.

you are rite about Coleman last time i got so call appointment it took them 3 days before they can look @ my bike thank god i have 2 others bikes to ride but i well not take it back expt they are looking @ surging issue on bike and have the ticket open this would be my 2and time for same issue after that i'm going to see what i can do to get this resolved other wise gona start looking for options with BRP. evey time i go there i feel like i know more then tech that's working on it
