• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Service in Phoenix

Empty Pockets

Live in Colorado but my Spyder and I are in Phoenix for the next few months. Before heading home in May the Spyder will need it's routine preventative maintenance. Are there any recommendations on a good Can Am service department in the Phoenix area?

RideNow has a terrible reputation, mostly recent MMF graduates. Just my opine.

Apache Motorcycles near Superstition Springs Shopping Center off the 60. The other Apache stores don't sell Spyders

Out of curiosity, have you had poor service at ridenow chandler? I haven't yet, but i will happily make it known if I do. Only shop I have spyder service experience with to date. So far so good.

Bad experience with RideNow Peoria (for what it's worth)

Had a small oil leak on my RS. They had the bike 2 days less than a month because of various mishaps on their part - not ordering right part, not getting to the job when they said they would, saying BRP agreed to overnight the part (but it wasn't), then to top it all off, they told me to pick it up at 11:00 am and when I showed up, it was parked outside, filthy, with a note that said "WASH" on it. Needless to say, I left and washed it myself and reflected my disappointment with my service follow up survey. No one even acknowledged my survey.

I am going today to Cave Creek to get another oil change - they said I could wait for it:clap: We'll see!

Another vote for Apache. Service dept. is very professional in all my dealings so far, and they are not my Ohio home town shop.
