• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SENA SR10 USE ON A SPYDER?? ANYONE OUT THERE DONE IT??

FIGMENT

New member
Hi everyone we are fairly new owners of a beautiful 2011 limited. Because I ride a wing and use a cb for communication I am looking into putting a Sena SR10 Bluetooth module on her spyder with a midland cb so she can comm with me.

If anyone here has done this any feedback and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Scott

I just purchased the Sena 10R for my helmet. So far I have only used the Radio and phone calling and receiving. I usually ride alone so have not pair with anyone else's intercom. So far I like it and I can still hear the music at highway speeds. I don't think that's much help for you since your looking to do much more with your Sena.

you want to contact motorcycle.com one of our sponsors here. He sells that unit and can give you good advice about it. Look for him on the home page

The SENA 10R and the SENA SR10 are NOT the same, 10R is a helmet headset unit and the SR10 is a blue tooth
converter for a two way radio.

Hi,
I use a SMH10 and the SR10 with all my bikes inc the Spyder.
Works a treat. Run with a mobile, mainly for music not for calls, a Uniden CB, Garmin 550 and a detector.
The SR 10 has 2 aux hard wired inputs, a good system.
I use the ear bud base and use Earmolds, wonderful sound.
