• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sena SMH10 with a Nuvi 1490 LMT ?

I may have messed up. Does anyone know if it is possible to sync the Nuvi 1490 LMT with the Sena SMH10? I bought it thinking it would, but can't figure it out. It appears it is just a receiver type Bluetooth, or I am just doing something wrong. Currently have phone and mp3 player working fine, just trying to add GPS voice.... thanks for any help ;)
 
It won't work with the 1490. The Nuvi pairs with a phone as a bluetooth headset. Pairing the Nuvi with the sena would be like trying to pair 2 headsets together....if that makes any sense.
Basically, the Nuvi isn't smart enough to pair both ways.

They interrupt good music!
