• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. SENA 20s???

We have the Sena 20s and like them very much. In the past we rode without the ability to communicate ... that is the "point and explain later method" didn't work well. With the 20s, we can talk when we want to, listen to our music individually.

Being that I have a 2018 RTL with the BRP Connect - I also like it as a stand-alone with Genius Maps. Once I got Maps halfway figured out it isn't too bad - speed alerts, traffic cams, secondary road planning.

If I had complaint with the Sena 20s it would be the lack of ability to set the priority of Bluetooth interupts .... the ability to say what app has priority. BRP Connect and Sena fight at times and all the user gets is an occasional beep.

BUT overall - Sena 20s is great.

Anyone have any experience with the SENA 20s helmet headsets?? Wondering which brand to buy.

Thanks for all the comments. I found a SENA 20S EVO Dual today on ebay for $350.99. How did i do price wise???

Glad to here all of you are happy with your Sena headsets. I recently purchased a Sena 20S Evo dual pack and have had nothing but issues with them. Right now they are in the hands of the Sena warranty department and I am waiting for my replacements. Hopefully the replacements will be as good as you have all said.

How much do you charge for a pair of them?

music

Do you guys that use them hear good sound from them? Mine our horrible. Sounds like you are in a tin can, and I can't figure out how to get the intercom to work without having the bluetooth sirius app on too. I would rather listen to the music through the bike's speakers, much better sound. Maybe I'm doing something wrong??

I think the sound is OK. It could be a bit louder.

Sounds to me like you got some BLEMS or seconds on ebay that may be your trouble, also $350 is lower than dealer cost.
try and return them for a set of number 1's

Something I can tell you from experience is that the 20s ear buds must be directly over your ear canal. A 1/4" off, can make a huge difference. Not everyone's ears are exactly opposite one another. So, it takes a little time adjusting them to where the sound is right in the middle of your head, or so it seems that way. Another thing that helps to keep the ear buds from moving around when you 're donning and doffing your helmet, is a nylon skull cap. The cap allows the helmet to move smoothly over your head and reduces movement of the ear buds.
