It is unfair to say this is a Sena 20S warning.... It's ANY product that uses LiPo technology batteries. Abuse them and they puff!
So to call this a 20S warning, trust.... It's all headsets as they all use LiPo batteries (Scala, Garmin, Sena, GoPro, etc)... They use LiPo's because unlike LiOn that need more circuits and usually a metal case, is far heavier. Oh and the PRICE... LiOn costs a lot more to use and implement, AND has far less run time compared to charge time.

You make very good points. I guess the reason I feel this is a warning is so that people can be aware that this can happen and could indeed cause a fire. There was no way to tell that this battery was "puffed" until I opened the case; it was performing better than the one that was still normal. With your RC battery, at least you were able to tell right away that this had occurred. One possible clue was that the one with the puffed battery did not quite have a distinctive "click" when pressing the jog dial due to the internal swelling. The jog dial did still work, though.
