• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seeking information for training class - Houston

Howdy Team. My wife says that she wants to learn to ride our 3 wheeler, a Can Am Spyder. She has never ridden except as a passenger on my 2 wheelers and on our 3 wheeler. I do plan to teach her a bit but I think that she could use a complete motorcycle classroom and hands on training for only riding a 3 wheeler. We would want to end up with a class that would provide a certificate honored by the Texas DMV so that she could get her license. We live close to Houston, TX.

Any information that anyone has for us would be appreciated.

My wife went through our local Spyder dealer in Dallas (Freedom Power Sports) to take a two wheel motorcycle course. At the end of the course, she got her certificate to go to DMV and get her Motorcycle license. I then bought her 250 Honda Shadow to get some experience on. After about one year, she wanted a bigger one. So i bought her a 2017 F3L. Now we are a two family Spyder family. I have the 2017 RTS.

check with your dealer on training classes. BRP had some sort of promo recently thru the dealers. My woman got 50% off a $100 training class from our dealer. With the successful completion of the class she can get her motorcycle license at the DMV now.. we live in metro Omaha.
