Seeking Advice on a Headset for My Brother.....

I want to purchase a communications headset for my brother as a Xmas gift. I use a Sena 20S and would like us to be able to communicate with each other when we ride together. Does anyone know whether this would be a good choice? Will it fit his helmet, and will he be able to easily communicate with me?
