As you know i can see the error codes in Rs and Rt models? thanks.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

For the RS models:
1. Turn on the key.
2. Press the left hand button to acknowledge the startup warning thing and keep pressing it until hours are displayed on the dash
3. Press and hold both the left and right buttons
4. Toggle the high beam flashers 5 times quickly within two seconds.
For the RT models:
1. Turn Key On
2. Wait til system completes boot process
3. Simultaniously press the MODE/SET/Turn Signal Cancel Button (Push In) All at the same time
4. Any Acitive codes should then display on the screen.
Here's a pic of what it may look like on an RT. Hope this helps.

the app "spyder Codes" has instructions on how to find codes, what the codes mean, what to do to fix it yourself or if it is a dealer repair. The app has many features to help you. The above post do show you how to find thhe codes if they are active. Many time you turn the engine of and on restart the codes may be gone. In that case the dealer thru the buds system can see which codes they were..:thumbup:
