Second ride and air filter cover flew off!

I learned a lesson today. Make sure the covers are installed properly. I took my air filter cover off yesterday to take a peek at everything.

Today, while taking my second ride, the cover and the funnel went flying off at 65mph! Luckily, no one was behind me. I managed to pull over at a vacant store about a half mile from the launch site :roflblack:








After about an hour of searching, I found it on the side of the road. It was scraped up pretty bad, but I was able to reinstall it. Now I need to figure out what the part number is and how much a new one will set me back

& I thought I had bad luck yesterday. While riding in 28mph winds and 44 max gust, I lost 1 of 4 nuts holding the windshield on. The others were loose. All were replaced with lock nuts. (w/nylon? inserts)
I use Cheapcycleparts.com. but go to your dealer first he may be one of those that just MIGHT help you out $.
