• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

seats

I love my AirHawk-R, and just gave one to my son as a Christmas gift today for his Yamaha Royal Star Venture (which used to be my bike before the Spyder). I made sure I told him how much air NOT to put in it. ;)

RE: Airhawk: You sit "in" it and not "on" it. Playing with the air really does make a difference as to both comfort and stability.

I do not strap mine under the seat either. This way, I can remove it quickly when parking the bike and not worry about the "wind" taking it away.

My Ultimate with sheep skin cover is fantastic. My wife and I ride for hours with that combo. We are both over 70 so comfort is very important for long rides.

I am a big AirHawk fan. I sit on one in my office chair and I have another one for my kitchen chair. The office chair version does double duty on my bikes.

I bought a Corbin for my BMW and couldn't sit on it more than an hour.

The AirHawk solved my bony arse problem completely :-)

Can you tell me how cramped the passenger is with the driver set back a couple of inches? My concern is that my passenger won't have any room to sit.

can't afford them all so went with the comfort on our RS. Works great but can't comment on the "vs". Firmer than stock more room for driver and repositions passenger..if possible try them on others units...

Depends...my wife loves it. She sits straighter and a bit higher and still has room. The thing would be to find someone in your area with one or at an event and try it out....
