• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Don, here’s the photos of the latch and the support post. The white wire is my manual latch opener that I didn’t bother taking off. Hopefully you can see the black cable tie holding the latch open.

Thank you so much, pictures are great. Will look at that next couple of days. Will keep you updated.

Peteoz; thank you again for your help, easiest thing to do! I thought it had much more tension to the spring, but a simple tie and we now have no worries when we need gas!

Good to hear, Don. I have had it disconnected for a couple of months now, and have had zero issues. I’m actually trying to work out a hinge system under the seat, so that when you lift the seat, the support bar drops down automatically, just to remove an extra step in the process.
I’m sure someone will be along shortly to say “but, but, but…..someone will syphon your gas”:roflblack:
