• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seal floorboards and brakes

I got the brake "riser block" and installed it. I made a slight modification to the brake pedal when I first got the boards to make it a bit higher. One of my concerns was the brake pedal/pad coming loose which it did on my way to Boston a while ago. When I tried to tighten it I stripped the threads and made a modification that I decided I liked better, so I stuck with it when I added the aluminum riser. All I did was drill through the top of the pedal and inserted longer stainless bolts and lock-nuts. I feel it makes it more secure since it is raised up above the pedal and no longer "meshes" with the top of the pedal as the original brake did.IMG_0173.jpgIMG_0172.jpg
