• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a set of Seal Pup Floorboards off my 2013 RT basic that has been sold, if i don't like the factory Floorboards on my 2014 RT-S, will i be able to put my Seal Pup Floorboards on my 2014 RT-S? (I really like my Seal Pup Floorboards). :dontknow:

:dontknow: At the very least; you'd have to add back on the footpeg mounts. Perhaps you could score a set of them from somebody in here who has added floorboards to their ride. ;)

Joe,
I honestly don't know...
But they DO have that whole "tip out of the way" feature built into the mounting; you'd need to work around that one!

Hi Joe,

I believe that if you buy the RTS basic w/o floorboards, your PUPs should fit right on like the old ones. If they come with BRP floorboards, I don't know of anyones floorboards that will work. I know you........

Ride in comfort,

Seal Floorboards

Thanks for answering John. I have the same question concerning the 2014 RTS-SE6. I am not liking the pictures of the forward leaning floorboards on the 2014 and was wondering if I could keep the seals and put them on the new machine. I have hip issues and need to be able to move the foot around a bit to stay comfortable.

A bad position of the standard floorboards or lack of ability to modify, could be a deal breaker for me. I cannot go with a machine that I am unable to ryde.

Akspyderman, mine would be a simple comfort reason, i hope we can make it work, i prefer my Seal Pups.

I have a set of deluxe on the 2010 and a set pups on the 2011--so I can go either way if one or the other will fit. I will end up having to sit on the new 2014 to determine what the final outcome will be regarding stock floorboards, seals, or none. It will still be March or April here before there are any 2014's to be had.

If you have access to a 2013 RT with floorboards (local dealer, perhaps) ... you should be able to get your questions answered. I think the 2014 and 2013 boards are the same on the RT -- not sure if the angle is adjustable, nor if seals of any kind will fit.

Best Regards .... Ann
