• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Scraped rim

I have a 2008 red SM5 with stock wheels. I scraped one of the wheels (got to close to a curb) and was thinking about having the wheel fixed. But, I believe some of the members have had their stock wheels powder coated. Any suggestions as to color?

I'm taking it to Rim Doctor to have the wheel fixed and they also do painting.

Should ask around as many :spyder2:ers have upgraded rims with there stock rims collecting dust in the garage. Might save you a couple bucks to buy one of these instead of getting yours fixed.:dontknow:

Instead of spending money on that, why not get the upgraded BRP rims...they are very cool looking...and they aren't that much money either...probably about the same to fix the ones you have now...
