• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saw factory trailer for first time today.

Stopped by a dealer to pick up some O rings for an oil change, and they had an RT out front coupled with the BRP trailer.

Trailer seems nicely done overall. My only gripe/observation is the wheels/tires.

If you are going to have a "factory" trailer, why go through the trouble of designing matching wheels? Why not use the 3 lug hubs on the trailer and the same wheel/tire combo? Sure, they are a little bit bigger and heavier.... But that way the spare in the trailer would be the spare for four of your tires and not just the trailer....

Yeah... I know that the trailer is made by some other company... but it would have made sense to do it right eh?

The four lug situation is a design requirement for the weight rating of the trailer axle. Sometimes, like with emissions controls, engineeering considerations and regulations rule the world. This is one of those areas. I'm sure BRP considered the other alternative. It would have been cheaper for them. BTW, the trailer wheels are a different diameter, too.
