Sanford, Flarda, Biketoberfest?

I just saw four spyders in my home town of Sanford, Flarda. I circled around and saw that BRP has set up a booth and brought several of their spyders. To my astonishment I talked to one of the BRP representatives and apparently my town is having a biketorberfest celebration. I've been up in North Carolina for the past week riding the mountains. God the weather was faaaaanfreakintastic. Chilly (35 degrees) at night and cool (60 degrees) during the day. Although the leaves had not changed, we saw a lot of waterfalls.

I wasn't aware of this event, and am wondering if any of ya'll are planning on heading this way.
