Anyone know if the Nelson Rigg Touring Saddle Bags will fit the spyder and still leave the passanger seat usable. They seem rather big and might interfere with the foot pegs

Where is jeuchler when your need him? I tried searching for his post of his Nelson Rigg bags but it looks like the pictures I was looking for didn't transfer over to the new SpyderLovers site. In a nutshell, he put the bags on backwards (narrow part of bags toward passenger pegs) and that left enough room for his wife to use the passenger pegs.

Hrmmm I think they are different bags. These seem squared off i know the ones your thinking of and they are the Nelson Rigg Standard that are angles a bit but i think that answers my question. If those had to go on backwards these won't work and leave the passanger pegs accessable. Thanks!

Nelson Rigg Silver Streak Mini bags fit great and leave lots of room for passenger feet. Even the larger 950 Silver Streak work I'm told, but the mini leaves more foot room. Give up storage space or foot space. The Silver Streak look like they were made for the Silver/Black Spyder.
