• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We too, or is it us too? Anyhow we are coming from Florence and will arrive afternoon of the 18th in the plastic teepee and the SPYDER trailing behind. Sounds like it's going to be some summer madness of the best kind with all the smiling waving SPYDER riders. See you all there.

I'm so disappointed Bob! I was really looking forward to meeting and thanking you for all your help over these past few years with a Tall-n-Frosty adult beverage! Well, maybe someone will have an even down SoCal way that I can make it to....
Hope you change your plans... :D

The problem for me was the 2 day (hard riding) or 3 day nice riding up and back. That's 4 days minimum and 6 doing an easy ride just to get there and back.

Add in the event days and it was just too much time to take off for me this time of year. I have the vacation time it was just timing :(

I would have loved to have met and chatted with you along with many others on the left coast. I was really trying hard to make it happen.

Hope to see you sometime for sure! Sorry to bum you out but I am just as bummed out :banghead:

This is going to be great fun. I am heading south fm The Dalles on hwy 97 and going to circle Crater Lake and end up in Grants Pass on the 17th, and on to Blue Lake the 18th via I-5 and hwy 96 and 299. Should fill up my gopro sd card both days. Having all those spyders together should be a blast.

We are coming up the coast

We are coming over from the valley and going north at Paso Robles. Should be a lot of fun and not 100+ like here.
I put on a driver backrest and i think that will feel a lot better after an hour or two.

Check highway conditions for Hwy 299. According to the SITR Facebook page, it says there are delays during the week days only due to road construction on Hwy 299. They suggest other routes. I think Hwy 36 is more clear, but according to the Cal-Trans website, but there is construction there too. Google California road condition for each highway and it lists the delays. Of course it would be more helpful if I actually knew where they were talking about. :banghead:.

299 is no Bueno during the week I have heard hour long delays as they stop traffic and escort people through! If you travel over the weekend it is OK!
